Frequently Asked Question
What is this program designed to do?
The LIT program is so much more than a course, as the program has been professionally designed to provide you with a specific framework for building a successful business in your agency. Each area of leadership needed to excel and grow is carefully outlined in detail, but the absolute best part is that each section is systemized. Therefore, the proven systems and processes you will be learning and understanding can be easily transferred into your agency, where you will experience the dynamic growth you are looking for.
How long will it take to complete the LIT Program?
On average, the LIT program will take approximately 15 hours to complete, however, this will depend on the pace at which you personally navigate the program. The goal is to both successfully complete the program, and also retain the information you will be learning. This is not a race to complete but it will take your time and attention. As a result, we recommend that the LIT program be completed with two weeks start-to-finish.
If I decide not to pursue leadership, will the program still be valuable?
Absolutely! There are several reason to delay pursuing a leadership role, from timing in life to personal responsibilities, but you do not want to delay your growth! While having a higher contact or position can be a significant step in a career, it should not be the starting goal. This program with increase your knowledge and wisdom in this business, which can help create the experiences you will need to grow.
Will this program help the other leaders I work in the agency?
The best part of how the LIT program was designed is that it supports the effectiveness of the entire leadership team. You will be communicating with your leadership team daily on specific elements you are learning throughout the program, which will only help reinforce and solidify the systems and processes need for the business to thrive.
